Refund Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days after the creation of your account, you will not be charged for the cost of your plan or any user accounts you may have added.

However, we are unable to refund the cost of any credits you may have purchased to buy snapshot reports or other services.

Service Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your service at any time after your 30 day money back guarantee period, we will charge you only for the time your account was active for the current billing period.  This includes the cost of the plan or plans you were on during the billing period as well as any user accounts you may have added to your account.

Service Interruption Refunds

In the unlikely event there is a major interruption in service (an outage, or longer than expected downtime for upgrades, etc.) then we may offer a refund for the amount of time you were unable to access the service.  If this situation occurs, we may chose to either provide the refund in the form of a discount, a credit card refund, or in credits.

If the refund is to a credit card, the amount will be refunded back to the card used to fund the account’s subscription.
